1st Period
- The groups of us had a meeting to discuss what we were going to do for open day. We had decided to perform a piece based on the historical murderer Jack the Ripper.
- As a group we planned out the structure of our performance; using H21 as an introduction room, and H22 as the main area.
- We then discussed which roles we wanted, and how to use 4 girls when we need 5. ( Jack murdered 5 women. )
Break
- Theo and I decided to plan out how we could use H22.
- I thought of using the curtains as an alley, and Theo thought of using a rows of chairs as the other alley. We used props as doorways, tables and chairs as a bedroom.
- We then started researching: Each girls back stories, and some of Jack the Rippers letters.
3rd Period
- We discussed how we would track our progress in lessons.
- We then planned what props we would use: Dresses, under clothes, and the police mans cloak.
- We planned out the intro for the narrator.
- Then we planned a schedule, for when we will study on our own time.
